After a thorough assessment Tameside DAT have chosen Theseus for their Caseload Management needs.
Having had difficulties with their previous caseload management system which was not entirely suitable for their needs, Tameside DAT were attracted by Theseus’ ease of use. After a detailed assessment of all products available in the Drug Treatment field, Theseus was chosen as the most user friendly and best supported solution.
One major concern before implementation was the migration of existing data to the new system. Theseus’ support team ensured a smooth transition by providing knowledgeable support and data migration services.
The system is now fully up and running with the first XML submission having been made to the Home Office, and has achieved 100% availability since activation.
